A bad actor has gained access to the RAYFA site and is texting people stating that they will lose their spot on a team if they do not Venmo the person money. This is a scam. We have temporarily removed registration from the site while we sort out the issue.
The incident has been reported to SportsEngine, Venmo, and the carrier of the phone number they are using. Once we get everything back to normal we will send an update.
RAYFA Registration is currently open for the following:
Flag Football: 1-6
Flag will be available for grades 1 & 2. Flag for grades 3-6 will depend on how many players we have register. If we do not have enough, we will provide a refund and other options.
Kindergarteners can play flag football with prior approval.
Tackle and Tacklebar Football: 3-6
Registration is currently on hold for players in grades 7 & 8 while the structure of the program is being evaluated. Information about registering for those grades will be provided as soon as the details are available.

Our goal at Roseville Youth Football Association is to provide every player with a positive and engaging youth football experience.
We are passionate about sourcing the best local leagues, facilities, and equipment. RAYFA coaches go through strict background checks and safety training programs so that each player may enjoy success and reach their true potential as a youth player.
Youth football at RAYFA aims to provide all players with a safe, fundamental knowledge of football coupled with good competition and the ultimate focus on fun. We will make sure that every player is coached so that they have the opportunity to learn the necessary skills and be the best player they can be. Furthermore, a focus on putting the team first, filling in wherever need be to help the team succeed.
The RAYFA board and volunteers will work tirelessly throughout the year to ensure that every participating player understands the significance of teamwork, self-discipline, sportsmanship, respect for the game, teammates, opponents, and adults such as parents, coaches, and officials.
Ultimately, youth football is about development and fun. We hope that every player feels they received that experience in total at the end of the year and is excited to return the following season.
Tackle practice will begin in August. Flag practice starts after the school year begins. Parents and players should start hearing from their coaches in mid July for tackle and mid August for Flag.
Flag, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th will practice at the Dale Street fields north of the Harriet Alexander Nature Center on Dale.
7th and 8th will be notified of their respective practice locations as we get nearer to the season starting.
3rd-8th will practice 3-4 days per week, depending on the coach. These are usually Monday through Thursday from 5:30/6 to 7/7:30.
Flag games will be held at Dale Street on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. These are a combination of practice and a game.
Tackle players will have half their games at Dale Street (home) and half away. The away locations are within the east metro area.
